IMC Money is a full-service real estate lending company. We provide acquisition and development financing, and hard money lending for both residential and commercial properties.

Founded in 1993, our goal has always been to provide the best possible service at the lowest possible rates and fees.  We have extremely quick turnaround times and can do loans for people with less than perfect credit. Many of our loans do not require income or credit verification.
